Jim Icenhour is the chair of the James City County Board of Supervisors. He is in his fourth term as Supervisor, where he has helped lead the County on a course of economic success, low taxes, managed growth, and protection of our natural and historic resources. He is a military veteran who served in the US Air Force, flying hundreds of missions as a fighter pilot in Vietnam. Jim went on to become a commercial pilot for Delta Airlines before retiring and focusing on community service to James City County.
